It was useless to convert the int to oct first, the format() function
can do the conversion directly without any problems.

Add the data parameter to the query_fetchone and uqery_fetchall function to parse correctly the data

If the parameter passed to the LaTeX_scientific_notation() can not be parsed to scientific notation, the input value is returned
