The imports are done in the app_files variable.

Without this commit, all marks are displayed in the target show page,
even the marks not related to the current target. This function should
fix this issue.

Note that the filter should be done in SQL for simplicity purpose in a
near future.

This will improve the workflow for the admin users while creating the
AFIS targets. If not existing, the target folder will be created
(empty). The user will be redirected to the target display page.

At the moment, this feature will only show a question mark for segments
without a target folder defined; the question mark will not be displayed
if the admin created target but did not upload an annotation (i.e. not
fully configured the target). This shall be patched on a future commit
to check for the presence of a annotation image.

Remove useless variable assignation and user r"" for special logger
string.

This change will offload the generation of the list of all application
related .js and .css files to python (based upon the content of the
'app' directory), and pass the full list, html formatted, to the jinja
renderer.

The new layout is the same as on a tenprint one, the 10 fingers on top,
5 per line, in anatomic order. The palm and writer's palms are at the
  bottom, in order.

At the moment, the upload button is a dummy one.
